2026 Kitchen Garden Program
Welcome to a weekly immersion inside Campo Escondido’s organic garden where you will learn the skills to start and maintain your own kitchen garden.
You will:
Work directly in the soil
Learn practical skills in real time
Follow the rhythm of the seasons
Become part of the Campo ecosystem
This is a hands on experience designed for all people that are curious about our relationship with nature and food

Propagation & Nursery
Seed starting and basic propagation techniques
Plants & Soil Systems
Soil health, microbiome basics, plant growth and root systems
Water & Irrigation
Understanding water cycles and simple irrigation setups
Growth & Maintenance
Mulching, crop management, composting and nutrient cycles
Harvest & Use
Harvesting techniques, garden-to-kitchen basics, introduction to fermentation

Sjors - Ecological Designer & Educator
A multidisciplinary practitioner with a passion for ecology, biology, systems thinking, and regenerative design, inspired by yogic, Daoist, and Indigenous wisdom. His work centers on reconnecting people with nature, self, and each other, while supporting the creation of resilient, biodiverse ecosystems rooted in healthy soils and living processes.

This program is designed as a complete experience, combining hands-on learning, access to the farm, and integration into the Campo ecosystem.
10–12 weekly sessions on the farm between May and October - max 3 people per day
